The cemetery was originally called Wollomba. The images were supplied by Paul Fitzgerald, who photographed every visible inscription in October 2007. The list of inscriptions was compiled by Jean McDonell from those images and with reference to the NSW BDM search facility and military records for additional information.
This burial ground occupies a narrow, gently sloping site surrounded by trees. Many of the stones, dating from 1882, are stained by tree sap and nectar and partially covered by lichen but are generally in good condition and legible. Paul found the grounds well cared for with no evidence of vandalism. There are no facilities.
His images may be downloaded from the list of inscriptions for this cemetery.
