A Legacy for North Brisbane. Park gate open Sunrise to Sunset, 7 days a week.
For more than 50 years, Albany Creek Memorial Park has been a prominent and sacred feature in the life of North Brisbane and surrounds, in Queensland. With some of the native vegetation still visible from the main roads, visitors to this part of Brisbane often remark on the rural atmosphere that remains from earlier times when the area was used for cattle grazing. We work hard to keep our property's historical links to the natural landscape as a feature of Albany Creek Memorial Park
Albany Creek Memorial Park works closely with our local community. We support our local Lions Club, and our Family Service Manager works with the club’s District Governor, Kaye Smith, offering donations, support and assistance wherever we can. As our park has been here since 1964, we are well known to many Albany Creek and Northside locals. Our Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas Remembrance Services are popular events that have become landmark days for people to gather and pay respects as a community.
Albany Creek holds 3 key services each year; Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and our Annual Remembrance Service at Christmas. These services are held to offer Families a place to come to reflect and to remember and honour the memory of those we have lost.
