This small cemetery is notable for the high proportion of temporary grave markers. It would seem that an attempt was made some years ago to mark as many of the graves as possible - a commendable initiative. However, the metal markers are now very rusted and difficult to read and quite a few of the names and dates they bear must be regarded as suspect since they were not found on the NSW death indexes.

Jean and I visited the cemetery on 9 November 2006 and found the grounds in good order with grass mown. There are no amenities. We made notes and digital images of all visible inscriptions and, in compiling the inscription list, referred to the NSW indexes of births, deaths and marriages and to military records for further information. The images may be viewed and downloaded from the list of inscriptions for this cemetery.
