The information on this cemetery was initially supplied by Mrs Dorothy Griffey, who listed all visible inscriptions, with the exception of the Aboriginal portion, at this site in 1990. She said that the cemetery was in good order when transcribed.
On 6 November 2007, Denis Woolaston visited and photographed all the stones and markers. He found the site in good order although in need of mowing. One of the features of the cemetery is a memorial rock placed to commemorate all the Aboriginal families of Maleurindi (Woolbrook) who are buried in that portion of the cemetery.
Denis' images may be downloaded from the list of inscriptions for this cemetery. That list was compiled with reference to the NSW BDM indexes and military records for additional information.
