Lower Coomera Cemetery

Lower Coomera Cemetery covers an area of 1 hectare and was gazetted in 1881. It comprises a general monumental and two lawn sections as well as a small columbarium (not included in this listing). Council records burials of 210 to 2009, about 25 per cent of which are in unmarked graves.
Peter Arthur visited Coomera Cemetery on 8 July 2009 and made digital images of every visible inscription. He has compiled the list of inscriptions with reference to the Queensland and NSW BDM online indices for additional information.
How to find it
Coomera Cemetery is situated on a wedge of land between the Pacific Motorway and Cemetery Road at Coomera. From the motorway, take exit 54. Entry can be gained from Foxwell Road.
